EPL Parlay Pt. 2

Tottenham ML/Man City ML (+103)

For the second English Premier League parlay tomorrow I am riding with both Manchester City and Tottenham. Debated backing both teams to score in the City/Chelsea game due to Man City’s bad defensive record the past 15 games but would rather just take City moneyline.

Staring with Tottenham going against a Wolves team that has been surprising impressive over the past couple of games. Wolves we’re without Hwang for the majority of the new year due to the Asian Cup, drawing to Brighton, losing to Manchester United in a 3-4 thriller, beating Chelsea and losing to Brentford.

Wolves get Hwang back but it comes at a cost after losing Mathues Cunha last Saturday due to an injury. This is massive for their offense, Cunha has 4 goals, 1 assist and 10 shots on goal in the L5 games. He has carried this Wolves offense.

Not only do Wolves lose their best inform player but they now go against a Tottenham team that is at full strength with Maddison and Son back in the lineup. With 6 wins on their L9 games the Spurs look to keep charging to the top of the table with a healthy squad.

Spurs offense has been playing at world class form since the beginning of January, scoring a total of 25 goals in those L11 games for an average of 2.3 goals per game. During that 11 game stretch they have also scored 2+ goals in 10 of the L11. I think Tottenhams offense will be too much against a Wolves team that has allowed 8 goals in the L3 games.

Onto Manchester City, currently the best team in the world in my eyes. As I say in every write up containing Man City, they are back at full strength and I don’t think anyone realizes how dangerous this team is with everyone healthy. KDB in the middle, with Haaland, Foden and Alvarez/Doku in front is just unstoppable in my eyes. Winning 7 games in a row and out scoring their opponents 19-6.

During that seven game stretch City has scored a total of 19 goals for an average of 2.7 goals per game and have scored 2+ in 7 of the L7 and 3+ in 5 of those L7.

Lastly, the numbers in those L7 games are insane for City’s front line. On 12/27 against Everton they scored 3 goals, 23 shots and 9 on goal. On 12/30 against Sheffield they scored 2 goals, 18 shots and 4 on goal. On 1/13 against Newcastle they scored 3 goals, 27 shots and 11 on goal. On 1/31 against Burnley they scored 3 goals, 14 shots and 4 on goal. On 2/5 against Brentford they scored 3 goals, 25 shots and 15 on goal. On 2/10 against Everton they scored 2 goals, 19 shots and 3 on goal. Finally on 2/13 against Copenhagen they scored 3 goals, 27 shots and 13 on goal.

City’s offense will just we way too much for Chelsea to handle Saturday morning. Chelsea has allowed 2+ goals in 12 of the L16 games and 9 goals in the L3 games. Expecting City to have another powerful offensive performance tomorrow morning. GL.
