Premier League Parlay

Liverpool ML/Chelsea Tie No Bet (-111)

Backing a two-parlay and my last pick for the huge Saturday slate, a bet between Liverpool (the best team in the world) and Chelsea.

Starting with Liverpool, a game that should be an easy win. Not because I am biased and pulling for my team but because they are head and shoulders better than Nottingham Forest. At 1-2-0 on the year, you wouldn’t think this is a bad start for Forest but they’ve played Bournemouth, Southampton, and Wolves and have just one win. They now travel to Anfield to face a Liverpool team that has started 3-0, scored 7 total goals, and has yet to concede. Under Slot, this team has been world-class and even after a two-week layoff, I am expecting them to pick up where they left off. Liverpool win this in another game where they fail to concede.

Now onto the harder portion of the leg because it’s Chelsea but I still don’t understand this line. I know Chelsea are going on the road and historically the past few years they haven’t done exceptionally well away from home but it’s Bournemouth. Despite picking up just 4 total points in three games, this Chelsea team is super talented. We saw what they can do when they play to their full potential like they did against Wolves, winning 6-2, a game that came on the road.

Facing now a Bournemouth team that has conceded a goal in all three games to start the season, I expect Chelsea to see a few hit the back of the net. With 21 shots on target allowed so far this season, Bournemouth better tighten up their defense when welcoming Chelsea. Whatever you want to say about this team you can’t argue with the amount of talent they have. If they can play good defense, I think their front line will score a few and get three points late Saturday night.

Taking draw no bet to play it safe, but I still believe they will leave Vitality Stadium with the maximum points. GL.
