Sunday Premier League

Chelsea ML (-160)

The line for Chelsea to win this morning couldn’t be anymore skewed. They are fresh off a 6-2 victory against Wolves last week so the odds are always going to be juiced heavily, but I don’t care. As I said last week this team has talent, they just need to figure out how to play together, and that finally happened last weekend. Was it perhaps a fluke, could be but I will take my chances.

They face Crystal Palace team that has struggled to find offensive production since losing Olise to Bayern Munich over the summer. They have just 1 goal scored in tow games. They are also coming off a game against West Ham where they had just two shots on target. They could find success against a Chelsea defense that had conceded two goals in both games but I don’t like their odds.

I like Chelsea to get another dominate win at Stanford Bridge this morning.

Liverpool ML (-120)

As discussed last week, Liverpool is my team and I am making an educated bet here not a bet from my heart.

Under Arne Slot they have looked incredible, I know it has only been two games and it was two games played against bottom of the table teams but I have such high hopes. Their offense has looked really good and they have yet to concede a goal.

With 18 shots, 5 on goal and 10 corners in the opener against Ipswich and 19 shots, 8 on goal and 9 corners against Brentford last week. This offense has the talent and they have been showing it since the start of the season.

I’m curious to see how they will play against top competition, and United will be a good test, especially coming on the road.

United struggled to score against Fulham, scoring a winner in the 87’, struggled to score against Brighton with just 1 goal and 4 shots on goal and now will try and navigate this Liverpool back line.

I will take Liverpool at these odds any day, even with then playing on the road. GL.

Tottenham Draw no Bet (-108)

The odds for this really confused me when I saw them a few days ago. I know Tottenham is playing on the road in all but I still think they are much better than what we are given but I’ll take these odds all day.

We have seen this defense struggle to keep goals off the board due to playing such a high line and I think that will be the case again against Newcastle. Tottenham will just have to try and find a way to outscore them because I know they will concede at least once. Taking both teams to score is not a bad idea but I have going to lay off because Newcastle can be a bit shaky at times.

Fresh off a 4-0 win against Everton last week I just don’t see Newcastle being able to keep up. We saw this Newcastle offense struggle against Southampton, granted they were playing with 10 men for half of the game but even against Bournemouth they could only net one goal. I think the Tottenham offense will be too much for them, they win with 3-1.

Son/Salah 1+ shot on goal (-122)

Lastly backing both Salah and Son to have a shot on goal this morning. Salah has a shot on goal in both EPL games this season, 6 total shots and 4 combined shots on goal.

Son is coming off a game where he had 3 total shots with all of them coming in goal.

Both of these offenses run through Sonny and Salah and I like them both to have an impact this morning.
