Manchester City were such big favorites in this game I had to add a few legs if I wanted something anywhere near even odds. After seeing the game against Celtic a few weeks ago there was no way I was going to fade this City offense, and that is what I built this parlay around. Slovan Bratislava allowed 5 goals, 16 shots and 11 shots on goal to Celtic in the 2024 UCL opener, and now facing Manchester City their lives won’t get any easier.

Despite drawing 0-0 to Inter Milan in round 1, I am expecting this match to be a bit easier for them.

Backing Haaland to have 2+ shots on goal after his start to the season. Haaland has 31 shots, 21 shots on goal and 10 goals in 6 Premier League games, expecting another masterclass form him today.

Phil Foden 2+ Shots on Goal (-145)

Similar to Haaland I am also backing Foden to find the net at least twice against his Bratislava defense. I know Foden has been in and out of the lineup and is making just his second start since coming back from injury, but I like his odds, especially with De Bruyne in the lineup. With De Bruyne on the bench is allows Foden to play more of a central role, something that should increase his production in my eyes.

Foden has 13 combined shots in his L4 appearances and should see plenty of action this afternoon. GL.
